Order processing

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 3–8 business days (includes order verification, supplier processing, and packing).
  • Order confirmation: You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping timeline

  • Free Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7–15 business days from the shipping confirmation date, depending on supplier and origin.
  • Combined timeline: Allowing for processing + transit, customers should expect delivery within 10–23 business days from order date (3–8 business days processing + 7–15 business days transit).
  • Maximum delay policy: If an order is delayed beyond 30 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate and resolve it.

Shipping rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: Applied automatically at checkout — delivers within the standard timeline above.
  • Expedited Flat Rate — $12.99: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after processing; includes tracking and enhanced transit coverage.

International shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. International delivery times vary by destination and origin and may exceed the standard timelines.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace, refund, or otherwise resolve the issue.
  • If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us and we’ll file an investigation with the carrier.
